I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English for Professional Communication at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), where I developed advanced communication skills in both written and spoken English. This degree has provided me with a deep understanding of professional communication practices in various settings, including business, technical, and cross-cultural environments. Through my coursework, I honed my abilities in critical thinking, effective communication, and presentation, which are essential in today’s globalized workforce.

I used to be an intern at an advertising agency called Bulb Communique for 6 months. I'm responsible for data mining & client servicing. Then, I worked as English instructor at Kumon. My job involves assisting and guiding students in English subject. I also used to work as Customer Service Executive at Ambank (M) Berhad. My roles are providing operational support & resolving customers' problems.
